ABOUT Khasta Pakoda RECIPE

This is the snacks item of Odissa called khasta or tana pakoda (course pakoda). I like this one so much, so when I came to Jakarta this time I brought the particular besan for this. This besan is little coarse compared to regular besan, if you don't have this, not to worry you can prepare it at home as well, grind the chana dal to a coarse powder form and your besan is ready for the pakoda.
