Keep big mouth bowl
Put Dal,rice,methi seeds pour full of water it must soak 4 hours
Then wash it and strain water
Well through this soaked Dall transfer to grinder
Add water make fine batter
That batter should leave 5 hours
Then keep paniyarum plate on a flame
Add oil and grease each and every hole
Mean while take udak dal batter,add chanadol
Add chopped onion, coriander, chilies,jera
Capsicum peices,salt
Mix well through all these vegetables
Pour this batter on paniyarum holes
Add oil keep Fri both sides
Once get gold colour turn other side add oil
Take out the plate garnish with mint leaves
Ready to serve
