I use to make capsicum paniyarum ...its tasty n mouthtwist dish

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup udak dal
  2. 3 cup dosa rice
  3. 1 tsp methi seeds
  4. 1/4 kg capsicum peices
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 cup chanadol
  7. 1 tsp jera
  8. 1 cup chopped onion
  9. 2 tsp green chili slices

Instructions

  1. Keep big mouth bowl
  2. Put Dal,rice,methi seeds pour full of water it must soak 4 hours
  3. Then wash it and strain water
  4. Well through this soaked Dall transfer to grinder
  5. Add water make fine batter
  6. That batter should leave 5 hours
  7. Then keep paniyarum plate on a flame
  8. Add oil and grease each and every hole
  9. Mean while take udak dal batter,add chanadol
  10. Add chopped onion, coriander, chilies,jera
  11. Capsicum peices,salt
  12. Mix well through all these vegetables
  13. Pour this batter on paniyarum holes
  14. Add oil keep Fri both sides
  15. Once get gold colour turn other side add oil
  16. Take out the plate garnish with mint leaves
  17. Ready to serve
