Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled noodles - 1 cup
  2. Sliced onion - 1
  3. Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp
  4. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves (handful)
  6. Salt - 1 tsp
  7. Besan - 1 cup
  8. Cornflour - 3 tbsp
  9. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. MIX 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR WITH 3 TBSP CORNFLOUR, 1 TSP SALT, ADD A LITTLE WATER
  2. MAKE A THICK, SMOOTH BATTER LIKE THIS
  3. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS INTO THE BATTER, MIX WELL
  4. DEEP FRY SMALL BALLS OF BATTER IN HOT OIL
  5. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
