About Baked Fish Paturi Recipe
This is the traditional fish paturi tweaked a bit for those living in cities where you might not have access to banana leaves. The paturi is steamed and the banana leaves add their own flavor to the dish. Since I am not using the leaves, I have decided to grill the fish.

How to make Baked Fish Paturi
My Tip:I have not added turmeric deliberately because I want my fish to be a flaky white beauty. You can add turmeric if you wish.
