  1. Peanutbutter-1tbsp
  2. Banana-2(medium)
  3. Milk-200ml
  4. Sugar-1/2tsp if needed

Instructions

  1. Remove banana peel and cut in to pieces
  2. In a blender add everything and serve smoothie chilled
