About Corn Salad Recipe

A healthy and nutritious salad for midday hunger. A healthy combination of salad mixed with corn and beetroot.

Corn Salad

Ingredients to make Corn Salad

  • corn 1 bowl
  • capsicum 1
  • cucumber 1
  • tomato 1
  • onion 1
  • Beetroot 1
  • lemon 1
  • salt according to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp (optional)

How to make Corn Salad

  1. Chop all the salad ingredients. Keep aside.
  2. In the mean time, take a pan and pour in some water. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the corn to it and let it boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and drain it.
  4. Mix the salad with the corns, then add salt, pepper and chilli flakes in it. Then squeeze the lemon juice on top.
  5. Serve it with cold coffee or ice tea.
