About Tropical Fried Rice Recipe

Tropical Fried Rice prepared in just 20 mins! On the occasion of 1st anniversary of my recipe blog, prepared this with succulent flavors of juicy pineapples and loads of fresh vegetables.

Tropical Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Tropical Fried Rice

  • Para boiled rice: 2 cups [ Kept in fridge for almost 1 hr]
  • olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Cut French beans: 1/2 cup
  • Diced carrots: 1/2 cup
  • Diced bell pepper ( Red and Green ) : 1 cup
  • Sliced Baby corns: 1/2 cup
  • Peas boiled: 1 cup
  • Sliced onions: 1 cup
  • garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • pineapple diced: 1 cup
  • pineapple juice: 1/2 cup
  • Chings Schezwan Fried rice Masala: 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions: For garnishing
  • 1 whole pineapple cut vertically.

How to make Tropical Fried Rice

  1. Heat a wok and add olive oil into it. Fry garlic and onions.
  2. Put all other veggies along with pineapple one by one and fry it together on high heat.
  3. Add Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala along with Para boiled rice. Fry it well.
  4. Add pineapple juice and let the rice absorb the flavors. This will take another 5-6 mins.
  5. Your perfect bowl of Tropical Fried Rice is ready.
  6. Now scoop out inside of the pineapple well and clean it.
  7. Arrange the rice beautifully over it and serve it immediately.
