Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cooked and peeled sweet potatoes
  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 4 tbsp peanut powder
  4. 50 grams sabudana
  5. 1/2 tsp Rock salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. MASH SWEET POTATO WITH HANDS
  2. ADD ALL THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS,MIX WELL
  3. MAKE IT AS A DOUGH
  4. MAKE ROUND BALLS FROM IT AND MAKE AS PATTIES
  5. HEAT AND PAN AND PLACE PATTIES ON THE PAN TO FRY
  6. PLACE ALL THE PATTIES DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  7. FRY ON BOTH SIDES.UNTIL THEY TURN GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES
  8. COOKING OF PATTIES IS DONE
