1 yr. So just having 4 to 5 teeth. Murmura is fine but not stomach feeling. You can make besan Laddoo. Don't need to chew if besan is well roasted. You can make " sakkarpara " . Add good amount of butter. Can add salt and jeera. But try to prepare fresh and give b coz they can't chew hard things.
Okay. Bt shakkarpara is fried. He would spread everything on the bed n mess it up. Just need snacks n fillers
Don't form the habit of eating on bed. Make him sit at one place. My grand son is also 1 yr. He sits on his chair for breakfast; lunch , snacks and dinner. As early as we teach him its good for him.
And i m not in favour of fried food dear but as you need to store i suggested. You can make buttered wheat cookies and store.
Sure they learn as they realise stuff so training rite from wen they start understanding
Now coming to fast options what i give to my grand son. Scrambled egg. Oats with veges. Ragi with dry fruits. Upama. Idli. Dhokala. Either in breakfast or in snacks. Even he likes neer dhosa. In lunch and dinner we give him what we eat taking care of he gets all nutrients. Even oats upama is also good
Get ragi. Wash it several times, dry it well , roast it and grind in mixture. For porridge take little ghee roast flour a little add water and cook. Add fruit cut small like apple, and dates to make sweet porridge. But dates we soak and blend. You also can add salt, pepper, curd, veges cut small. Can also make pan cakes same sweet and salty. Added spinach tastes good. Also can add cooked sprouts in pan cakes. I have also updated khichadi and mix sprouts pancake with besan.
