Roll thin. Cook half ( kachcha pakka). Let it cool , just brush with little oil. Now dry roast on tawa by pressing with cloth ball. ( potali). Now I have khakhra maker . I have roasted it without it for more than 10 yrs. There is wooden press for khakhra also is available. It's shape is like Pavbhaji crusher.
