Fresh cream with any fruit is a classic dish. You should try making it with mangoes. Otherwise paneer makhanwala is also a good bet
Dear , i love to add fresh cream in most gravies. You want believe i add it even in Bengan bharata just before switching off the gas. It adds creamy texture in all soups. You can add in Pav bhaji in the end. And Maharastrians add it in Biriyaanis too. My Mom used to make tri layered Biriyaanis. She was putting cream layer between all different coloured layers. That time salted butter was not very popular.
