Avocado and spinach pasta. Very good, easy and fast.only pasta you need to boil and spinach needs blanching
For breakfast make south Indian. Idli upama medu vada. For lunch Gujarati menu. Pooran poli. Cauliflower capcicum vege. Mixed sprouts , kadhi.and masala bhat. For evening snacks mix daal and vege paratha. Dinner pani poori bhel and ragada pattice followed by icecream

Morning u can make rawa idli,instant dosa, poha etc. Lunch u can try tawa pulav, lauki or spinach or bhendi raita, masala papad, try fruit salad with custard. Evening snacks can be chilli bhajiya or sabudana vada or khara bun with chai. Dinner u can plan pani puri,red and white sauce pasta
Hi Manisha thank u for ur suggestion. What else can be used in place of Spinach as it is rainy season nd during this time spinach is a BIG NO NO. Any way, if possible do send its recipe.Once again thank u very much.

@Rewa chadha. If no to spinach than you can use broccoli or fresh basil and spring onions. Only Avocado pasta also tastes good. Blend avocado, garlic and tomato , green chilli together. Add onion small cut, ground pepper, boil pasta , preserve its water . Add pasta to avocado mixture. Add salt as per required. I add spinach as you need more avocados and i blanch it before adding.
