You can airfry sprouts and make corn flax chivada which you can store. Or air fried mix sprouts with poha chivada. Khakhra with added protein in some forms.
We make different khakhra at home when plan to diet. You can make 1 khichadi khakhra. 2 spinach khakhra 3 methi khakhra. 4 moong khakhra. 5 tomato pulp khakhra. 6 mix sprouts khakhra. You can store them. Except tomato. Even ginger chilli ( green ) khakhra tastes good.
U can eat daliya khicdi with veggies. I too eat same.. Just cook it the process I will tell u it will b yummy.. Cut the veggies ( potatoes. Snake beans, ladies finger, carrot) equal shapes u like.. Take frying pan /wok. Put olive oil or any oil u like just 1 spoon add jeera. Bay leaf add two green chilies fry for second add masoor dal fry it when smell comes add daliya and all veggies except ladies finger. Saute the mixture for 6 mins then add ladies finger Saute for another 3 mins add salt and add water to the mixture cook it until all the things become soft.. At last add coriander leaves... I bet u that u will love this.. It taste awesome.
Yep you can make many daliya recepies like daliya cutlets ( just apply oil to cutlets with brush and roast it on nonstick tawa.
