You can thinly slice d nendran variety of raw banana put it under the sun dry it for two days until crisp . And powder it with some cardamoms in a blender n store it .. yu can then take a tsp of the powder and mix it in milk add little sugar or salt however you prefer and cook it on low flame for some ten mins adding milk or water if necessary to abporridge consistency and feedbd child .. very very nutritious .
Pre boiled veg so its should be mushy .as infant cant chew.adjust spices
You can give him any porridge sooji , roasted ground oats or even ragi with added fruits. Or for a change porridge with curd. Salt. Pepper ( a pinch ) and ground zeera. You can give him khichadi ( very soft ) with added veges. You can make wheat raab (porridge ) too. Give him different soups starting with 1 or 2 tsp clear soups. Fruit juice is also good. Prepare Ragi flour at home only.
Start any new food in a small quantity. 1 to 2 tsp. And mainly any new food you should give for continuous 3 days. Start new food during day time. Outside India and some pediatrician says no for sugar and salt. So ask your doctor if he says no than you can give without salt sugar. It's absolutely fine. We also started salt and sugar after completion of one year.
U can mix all vegetables boil them n make a soup n give adding a pinch of salt n ghee
