This is a really nice recipe..however if you search on betterbutter there are many other lovely variations of fried rice also..
Leftover rice works best for fried rice. So 1 bowl of leftover rice along with some veggies such as onions, green pepper, a tsp of soya sauce, and 2 cloves of garlic with salt as per taste is what you will need. First heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic for a minute then add the pepper with salt. Next add the rice along with soya sauce and mix it well. Fry this for 3-5 mins on a low-medium heat. Then serve it hot!
Heat oil in karahi. Add rai, zeera 1tb each of mung dal, chana dal, pnts. Stir . Add curry lvs, sliced onions nd chpd grn chillies. Fry fr few seconds. Add lil haldi pdr, salt nd mix. Add leftovr rice nd mix. Cook fr few mnts. Garnish wth chpd coriander lvs.
