Cut the potatoes in finger shape. Deep in chilled water for 10 minutes. Then cook in boiling water for 3minutes. Again deep in chilled water for 5 minutes. Drain the water sprinkle cornflour, salt and 1 to 3 tbs oil coat it well deep freeze for 1 hour Then grilled in preheat oven at 200*c for 10 minutes on upper rack. Stir it in middle. U can also avoid last freezing step and put in Oven.
