I've had it in one of my oriya frnds house long time back and loved it alot. It was delicious :heart_decoration:
Prepair masala take 2tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp methi seeds 1/2 cup jaggery 1 tbsp sump 3 to 4 red chilli Hing 1 chutki Take a pan fry all the ingredients 1min then blend it the powder n keep a side. Take a another pan add jaggery n 1/cup water jaggery is melt then add the masala powder n salt mix well then add iimli n mix well n over to tadka hit oil add musted oil n hing n add tobthe mixture sprincal the chilli falks n off the gas . Stor it long time then add the imili achar in a air tight bottle n add some mustard oil n mix n close the bottle .
