brown rice unpolished, unrefined and contains good amount of fibre and minerals..it is good for us and helps in losing weight. i always replace white rice with brown rice.
dear..weight loss depends on what you are eating all day if you eat junk food and sugary stuff..you will obviously gain weight! i agree with ritu..brown rice is good for you!
Brown rice is definitely much better than white rice, but it doesn't make you lose weight.

Very right Sandhya rao. Exercise is must. Eat small meals every 2 hrs. Eat boiled veges and sprouts chicken egg whites . Even daliya with sprouts or mix daal is good.
I agree with ritu Sharma, yes brown rice does help in reducing weight as we eat only almost half the quantity or even lesser compared to white rice and feel full and content throughout the day and don't reach out for small cravings as well. Fresh and energetic till our next main meal. I've tried it for some months. It's a must for every women to switch to brown rice I must say because of its power content which is important for us in the long run. This should help you in taking a proper decision :)
