Wash kathal n boil it for 8-10 min. Add some salt too. Then drain it. Now heat some oil in pan n fry the boil kathal. Keep aside. In pan add oil cumin and sliced onion. Fry till golden brown color come den add garlic ginger paste,chopped tomatoes,turmeric,red chilly powder,coriander powder and fry it till oil separates. Add kathal n salt n water. Mix well n cover it with lid n cook for 10-15 min or till 2-3 whistle in a pressure cooker. At the end add chopped coriander n garam masala. It's ready. Serve with roti or rice.
