Before starting I soak oats in water almost for 5-10 mins. In a mixer jar, I added 1 cup of curd, 1 tspoon malai,1 kiwi, 1 big table spoon honey ( my kiwi was so many tangy so required more honey. You can adjust as per your test) soaked oats and raisins. And churn it well till it become smooth drink.
Normal water would be ok. Purpose to soak was to remove its roughness and hardness.
