1 Adding curd in poha, Sabudana khichadi makes it soft. 2. Saute gram flour in oil before adding onion paste makes gravy thick and also it gives a nice flavour to the curries. 3. Same way saute wheat flour or maida in butter and than add tomato puree helps to give a yumm taste and flavour. I use ghee mostly in seasoning of tomato soup.

Just saw a post of Samosa and remind a trick. Before frying roast Samosa on a griddle ( tawa) and directly transfer for frying makes it crispy.

To get faster sprouts pls follow this step: wash moong and soak in normal water 1 inch above the moong level. It absorbs water after 2 hours. Then place it on hot milk vessel or hot curry vessel or keep it near any hot vessel. You will get sprouts by night. No need to keep the moong tied in cloth for getting sprouts.

If u r using dosa tawa,not a non stick pan,to make dosas,just rub half cut onion with a fork,with oil on the tawa.it helps u get dosa without any prob. Adding salt ,while frying onions help to get it fried soon.
If you have extra milk You can make Ice Cubes and store. While making coffee for sudden guests you can use. Or add fruits sugar and blend to make milkshake

During winter,curd will never come out well. So better cover the bowl in which we put curd,with a thick towel. Keep over night.
What a do it I heat an aluminium pan and cover ( inverted) upside down the pot or vessel in which I made dahi. The aluminium pan should be little big so not to touch inner vessel
Now a days ladies put vessel in microwave or OTG. My method is an old version of OTG. MY GRAND MOTHER in law was doing this.
