one cup maida,one cup ataa, 2 tsp butter/oliveoil/veg oil, 1 n 1/4 tsp dry yeast,3/4 cup luke warm water. 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt. milk to brush. sesame seeds to sprinkle over the buns. seive maida and aata alon with salt. mix sugar and dry yeast in lukewarm water and leave for 5-10 minutes. now make a whole in the centre and pour the yeast mixture and knead the dough for 7-10 minutes until soft . tranfer it to a bowl and cover it with cling film and keep it ina warm place for 45 minutes atleast. after 1 hour or so take the dough and knead it again with light hands. divide it into 8 balls and put them on greased tray. sprinkle sesame seeds and brush with milk and let it rise for another 45 minutes. bake them in pre-heated oven at 190 degree for 15-20 minutes. buns are ready.
