A cousin of mine was suggested by her Dr that she should take soft and semisolid food like khichdi etc. for a couple of days..I think its best that you consult your gynaecologist for this.
Veggies like bottle gourd ridge gourd made in tomato...with lot of jeera are healthy to be eaten in delivery whether c section or normal. U can have namkeen dalia(porridge ) made from wheat and moong dal with ghee and jeera and salt
Agree wid taruna. Take lots of jeera, ghee, milk, mung dal n garlic also hps to increase mother's milk
