If u have time to make idli geeat if u dnt order sum odli plain frm nearest udipi cut long , make a tempering of curry leaves n mustard add chopped onion tomatoes ,capsicum if available and make a saute of all Spice it with salt chilli powder or chilli flakes or schezwan sauce n mix in idlies Enjoy
Thanks everyone :). We make idli, pav bhaji, pRanthas, daal n aalo ki kaschori, daal chat , chilley, daliya, poha/bread poha, sandwiches, cutlets, besan and halwa on regular basis. On my husband want me to add on something because above mentioned are regular n fixed recipes..
