King Fish fry

Ingredients to make King Fish fry

  • 4 to 6 King fish/Surmai Fish pieces
  • Get fresh pieces cut slant and thin
  • 1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp red chilli powder as per taste less or more hot asap
  • Mix some garam masala ,black salt, cumin coriander powder
  • To make 2 tblsp masala
  • One small lemon
  • Oil to fry

How to make King Fish fry

  1. Wash Fish Dab dry and keep aside.
  2. Now mix salt turmeric and all masalas mentioned in a plate.
  3. Add ginger Garlic Paste.
  4. Squeeze in the lime and make a paste of consistency that can be applied well to the fish.
  5. Now heat oil in a shallow pan or tava heat well on low gas.
  6. Now slowly put two pieces to fry at a time.
  7. Fry each side 3 to 4 min till golden.
  8. Remove and serve hot
My Tip: Use fresh fish. Marinade fr at least 15min to 20min bfre frying. Seve hot.
