Ingredients to make Double chilly chicken gravy

  • Whole garam masala-
  • bay leaf. 3
  • elaichi powder. 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder. 1 tbsp
  • jeera Powder. 2tbsp
  • ginger paste- a little
  • Yellow powder 1/2 tsp
  • Paparika powder 1tbsp
  • vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • jaggery
  • cumin seeds 1tbsp

How to make Double chilly chicken gravy

  1. Marination-
  2. Add chicken in a bowl add elaichi powder and vinegar mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai add whole garam masala bay leaf cumin seeds. Curry leaves red kashmiri chilly add all powders as told in ingredient list add chicken add 1/2tsp corn flour, jaggery, salt, add water. Mix well till you get thick gravy cook for 30 min before serving garnish with coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Don't over cook it, it spoils the taste.
