ABOUT Peas Paneer Salad RECIPE

A healthy, vegetarian salad to beat the summer!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 small ripe avocadoes
  2. 150 gm white peas
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 large onion
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 2 tablespoon mint leaves chopped
  9. 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
  10. 2 tablespoon basil crushed
  11. 1.5 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper
  12. 150 gm fresh paneer cubed small
  13. 100 gm Sweet corn
  14. 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. soak the peas in adequate water for 4 hours before boiling/pressure cooking them until they soften
  2. boil the sweet corn until soft and keep aside
  3. chop the onion, tomatoes and avocadoes small
  4. keep rest of the ingredients ready as the peas cool off a bit after boiling
  5. In a large salad bowl, transfer the boiled peas and throw in the avocadoes
  6. Add all the ingredients one after the other followed by the seasonings
  7. Toss all the ingredients well and serve immediately
