ABOUT Shish tauk kebab RECIPE

The originates from turkey and then goes on Lebanon, the sweet and spicy flavor of kebab is completely satisfied hunger at iftar time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast 200 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Paprika 1 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp
  8. Onion cut into squares 1
  9. Tomato cut in squares 2
  10. Green bell pepper cut in squares 2
  11. Pineapple pieces cut in squares 7 to 8 pieces
  12. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, all spices, salt, and mustard oil. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Take skewers arrange first onion, then tomato, then bell pepper, pineapple pieces and chicken, make more two times.
  3. Make all kebabs like this.
  4. Heat 2 tbsb oil and shallow fry kebabs on medium to low flame on both sides till done.
