Ingredients to make Cream Scones with strawberries and cream

  • 250 grams flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 grams butter very cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml or 1 cup low fat cream

How to make Cream Scones with strawberries and cream

  1. 1. In a bowl mix the sugar, salt and flour together.
  2. 2. Whisk the egg, cream and vanilla together and keep aside.
  3. 3. Cut the cold butter into cubes and then rub into the flour mix until well mixed. Add the cream mix into the flour mix and stir until it just comes together.
