Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For samosa base -
  2. Maida 1cup
  3. Ajwain 1/2tsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Oil 1tsp
  6. Food colors 1tsp each green and orange
  7. For stuffing -
  8. Chopped vegetables 1/2cup(cabbage, carrot, peas etc)
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  12. garam masala powder 1tsp
  13. Chaat masala powder 1tsp
  14. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  15. Oil 1tsp
  16. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Make a stiff samosa dough by mixing all the ingredients with little water except colors.
  2. Cover and set aside for 30mins.
  3. Prepare stuffing. Chop all the veggies.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, mix well.
  5. Then add all veggies and saute in high flame for 2min. Add all spices and mix well.
  6. Don't overcook. Veggies should be crunchy. Switch off.
  7. Take samosa dough and devide into equal size balls.
  8. Take one ball, roll a roti, apply color on one side and fold as shown in pics.
  9. Deep fry on medium heat till crisp from all sides.
  10. Serve warm with any sauce of your choice.
