Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kabuli chana half kg
  2. onion paste one cup
  3. tomato paste to cups
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. Chhole masala 2 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  7. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Oil one tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For jeera aloo
  11. vertically Chopped potatoes 2-4
  12. Oil 1 tablespoon
  13. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  14. Cursed garlic 1 teaspoon
  15. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  16. Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  17. Salt to taste
  18. for Aamras
  19. sweet mangoes 4
  20. For puri
  21. whole wheat flour 4 cups
  22. water approximately 2 cups
  23. oil approximately 250 ml
  24. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. first of all wash and soak Kabuli chana in sufficient water for 5-6 hours
  2. add some salt to soaked chana and pressure cook for three to four whistles
  3. In a heavy bottom pan, 1 tablespoon of oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion paste . Saute for some time .
  4. Now, add tomato paste turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it
  5. now add Chole masala to it and saute' till nice aroma comes
  6. now add boiled Kabuli chana to Masala and mix well
  7. adjust salt and add some water to adjust consistency
  8. cook covered for next 5 minutes and spicy Chhole masala is ready
  9. For Aamras, wash mangoes
  10. Squeeze out all pulp and churn it with hand blender and Aamras is ready
  11. heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and crackle jeera
  12. add crushed garlic, turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  13. immediately add chopped potatoes and adjust salt
  14. cook covered for next 5 minutes and Chrisp jeera aloo is ready to serve
  15. for poori, take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, salt to taste and add water mix well and prepare a soft dough . Keep it covered for some time . Knead it again prepare small balls
  16. hate sufficient oil in a day.
  17. roll out small puries and deep fry in hot oil till done . Fry from both sides
  18. Puries are ready to serve with Chhole, jeera aloo and Aamras
  19. serve hot immediately with lots and lots of love to your kid and enjoy endlessly
