Soya biriyani

Ingredients to make Soya biriyani

  • Siraga samba rich 250 g
  • Boiled Small soya chunks 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
  • Biriyani masala paste 3 tbs
  • Green Chilly paste 1 tbs
  • Fried Onion paste 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • oil
  • Gee 2 tbs

How to make Soya biriyani

  1. Soak the rice for 15 minutes
  2. Add Gee in firing pan and saute the rice for 5 mins keep aside
  3. Pure oil in cooker add the following items one by one saute finely
  4. First add fried onion paste
  5. Ginger garlic paste
  6. Green chilly paste
  7. Biriyani masala paste
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Pure 4 cups of water for 2 cups of rice add salt and soya chunks
  10. Finally add rice and stir it well and pressure Cook for 10 mins in slow flame
  11. Now yummy soya biriyani is ready
