Ingredients to make Malai kofta

  • Take 4 Piece bread
  • 50;gram paneer
  • 100gram potato
  • 100 gram butter
  • Kasoori methi
  • milk
  • 2teaspoons red chilli
  • 4 ONION PASTE
  • 3 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Tomato puree
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Some refind
  • 1 teaspoons garam masala powder

How to make Malai kofta

  1. Now boil potato paneer bread pirce mix and mash it some salt red chilli powder n mix it and make the boll shape
  2. Than take a kadhai put some refined and fry these bolls
  3. After than take other kadhai n heatlt some oil &after hot oil also put butter than put tejpatta onion paste, ginger garlic paste n saute to it when its red than put tomato puree 2 katori than saute n put red chilli powder n coriander powder kasoori methi n garam masala than saute when oil leave masala than put 1/2 litre milk n mixit well after than put bolls n when this boil n gravy took colour n posture than close the gass n enjoy it with naan tawa roti rice etc.

My Tip:

You can make more malai kofta bolls n freeze it when you wanna it than make gravy n put bolls n enjoy your kofta.
