Mango Vanilla Custard Shots

Ingredients to make Mango Vanilla Custard Shots

  • 1 medium Mango
  • 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar or more if required
  • 1.5 cup Milk Fresh
  • Fresh cherries for garnishing

How to make Mango Vanilla Custard Shots

  1. 1.Peel off the skin from the mango and take the flesh and discard the seed. Add the mango in grinder and make a smooth paste. If the mango is not sweet than add sugar as per taste while grinding. Take out the pulp in a bowl and refrigerate it.
  2. 2.Take 1 tbsp of boiled milk in a bowl add vanilla custard powder. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
  3. 3.Heat 1.5 cups milk in a pan let it boil then add the custard mixture in the boiling milk. Mix well till the mixture gets thickened. Do it on low flame and ensure that no lumps are formed. Stir it continuously, once the mixture is thickened switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.
  4. 4.For the layering- First pour the custard mixture and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins then pour the mango pulp again keep it for 10-15 mins then again pour the custard mixture refrigerate it for the 10-15 mins. Repeat the same process for the rest. Garnish with fresh cherries.
