Fully loaded skin potatoes (Egg less)

Ingredients to make Fully loaded skin potatoes (Egg less)

  • Big sizes potatoes- 5
  • butter and mozzarella cheese- as desired
  • Mix veggies for stuffing- 1cup
  • Mix herbs- 2 tsp

How to make Fully loaded skin potatoes (Egg less)

  1. Wash potatoes and soaked rubbing with oil bake in a preheated oven 180degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take out the potatoes with skin cut into two pieces and scoop half of flesh.
  3. Add butter and fill with mixed ready veggies covered by mozzarella cheese.
  4. Again bake for five minutes add mix herbs garnish with parsley.

My Tip:

We can cook it for breakfast as it is full meal.
