Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice(boiled) -1 cup
  2. Eggs(boiled)-4
  3. Chopped vegetables (carrots, capsicum, beans)-1 cup
  4. Chopped onions-2
  5. Curd-2 tablespoon
  6. Grated ginger-1 tablespoon
  7. Salt-for taste
  8. Biryani masala-2 tablespoon
  9. Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Saute, chopped onions until soft and brown
  3. Add vegetables like carrot, beans, capsicums until soft
  4. Now add curd, grated Ginger ,biryani masala and salt according to taste
  5. Mix boiled basmati rice in the wok
  6. Heat oil in another pan and add eggs , salt and turmeric powder
  7. Roast eggs for approximately 2 to 3 minutes
  8. Now add the roasted eggs in the wok
  9. Serve it hot with boondi raita
