Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 to 300 grams of bhindi
  2. Two small onions ( use one if big)
  3. Two potatoes ( small)
  4. 7-8cloves of garlic
  5. 2-4 green chillies
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Amchur
  8. Jeera
  9. Turmeric
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Oil
  12. Roasted peanuts
  13. Mango achar masala

Instructions

  1. 1 cut the bhindis in any size you want 2 cut the potatoes and onions too 3 heat one tbs oil in a pan and shallow fry the potatoes 4 thank another pan and heat 3-4 tbs of oil. 5 add jeera, turmeric,and red chilli powder 6 add onions and green chilli 7 onces sauteed, add bhindi and mix well. 8 when bhindi is half cooked, add the shallow fried potatoes and let cool 9 take a cutni and crush the roasted peanuts 10 add the peanuts in the bhindi. 11 add the achar masala in it. Mix well. 12 your bhindi is ready, serve hot with chapati or paratha
