Veg paneer burger

Ingredients to make Veg paneer burger

  • Boiled potatoes 3 medium size
  • paneer 100 grm
  • Cabage chopped half cup
  • carrot chopped half cup
  • French beans chopped quarter cup
  • Green peas quarter cup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • coriander chopper 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • 2 eggs for frying
  • Bread crums for coating
  • oil to fry

How to make Veg paneer burger

  1. 1. Boil all the vegetable in little water and dry the water .
  2. 2. Saute vegetables in ginger garlic paste,butter,salt,pepper,garam masala and cheese .
  3. 3. Mash potato paneer and saute vegetable in flour and make round cutlets.
  4. 4. Now dip cutlet on egg and coat with bread crums then shallow fry it .
  5. 5. Serve it with burger buns .

My Tip:

You can add boiled chicken instead of paneer if u r non vegetarian
