Veg Tawa Burger

Ingredients to make Veg Tawa Burger

  • For Filling, 1 onion nicely chopped
  • 5 to 6 coarsely crushed garlic
  • 2 coarsely crushed green chillies
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 medium size boiled and chopped potato
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp red chiili powder
  • 1 tsp corriender powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp shezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup paneer mashed
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh corriender leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt as per taste
  • For Burger sauce,2 tbsp funfood veg mayonnaise
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • For Tawa flavour,2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp pavbhaji masala
  • 1 tsp red chiili powder

How to make Veg Tawa Burger

  1. Heat butter in pan
  2. Add chopped onion in it
  3. Cook till translusent
  4. When onion soft add chopped garlic in it
  5. Now add chopped green chillies
  6. Saute it
  7. Add capsicum
  8. Add chopped carrot
  9. Add salt as per taste and mix
  10. Add chopped tomato
  11. Boiled and cut potato
  12. Add boiled green peas
  13. Now mashed it
  14. Add red chilli powder
  15. Turmeric powder
  16. Add corriender powder
  17. Roasted cumin powder
  18. Shezwan sauce
  19. Tomato sauce
  20. Now mix all nicely
  21. Now add mashed paneer
  22. And cheese
  23. Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  24. Finally add chopped fresh corriender leaves and mix and keep aside for next step
  25. For Burger sauce, Take 2 tbsp funfood mayonnaise in a bowl and add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  26. And mix and keep aside
  27. Cut the bun in half
  28. Spread Burger sauce on bun
  29. Place spoon ful already prepared filling on the bun
  30. Arrange other cut over the filled bun
  31. Now again heat butter on pan
  32. Add pav bhaji masala
  33. And add red chilli powder in it
  34. Immediately mix it on low flame
  35. Rub masala on bun
  36. And left bun on over low heat to cook masala
  37. Now Tawa Burger is ready to serve ,serve hot for more taste.
