Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bowl chana dal
  2. 2 bowl basmati rice
  3. 1 cup chopped Green Chili
  4. 1 small pic Ginger
  5. 1 cup curry leaves
  6. 2 tbsp jeera
  7. 1 cup coriander
  8. 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  9. Salt as per test
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  11. 1 jag of water

Instructions

  1. first of all be soaked chana dal for 2 hours afterwards it cooked in presser cooker.
  2. take boil chana dal in a pain and add curry patta and green chilli and Ginger
  3. now add in 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp salt and in 1 tbsp lemon juice
  4. after give Tadka in dal fry for that we take some oil in another pan
  5. now in this is one tablespoon jeera curry patta and add in dalfry. And and some coriander
  6. Now dal fry is Reddy
  7. Now for jeera rice we take one non stick Pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it and on the stove
  8. in this add 1 tbsp jeera 1 tbsp green chilli and 1 tbsp curry leaves and 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  9. now in add 4 cups of water and boiling very well after that we add in basmati rice
  10. Cook 5 or 10 minutes and last add the coriander and jira rice rady.
  11. dal fry and jeera rice serve with roasted papad
