Ingredients to make Mango custard in Vermicilli basket

  • 1 cup sewayiayn roasted
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla custard
  • 2 tbsp mango puree
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 2 strand kesar
  • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder

How to make Mango custard in Vermicilli basket

  1. First make vermicilli cup Take a bowl add roasted sewaiyan and 2 tbsp condensed milk. Mix it well.. make a shape of cup and fridge it for 15-20 min.
  2. For custard Take a pan add milk and custard slurry keep boiling till thick. Now add kesar,elaichi powder,condensed milk mix it well.cool ut down
  3. Now add mango puree mix it well.
  4. Now take out the cup add custard and top up it with roasted kaju and pista.serve chilled.
