Ingredients to make RABDI IN VERMICELLI BASKET

  • 1 pack of thin vermicelli,
  • 8 tsp sugar,
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • Water as required
  • #FR_RABDI
  • 1lt milk,
  • 4 saffron threads soaked in warm milk,
  • 4/5 tsp of sugar
  • Dry fruits

How to make RABDI IN VERMICELLI BASKET

  1. In think bottom vessel keep milk to boil
  2. Meanwhile in other pan put ghee n vermicelli n roast it till it changes color
  3. Add sugar n water n saute it till it leaves ghee n keep aside to cool
  4. Keep stirring milk n scrap out the pan, when it reduce add saffron milk n sugar n keep stirring
  5. Meanwhile take tarts n set in vermicelli in it
  6. N keep in fridge fr 10 min
  7. Randi is ready keep to cool
  8. Bring out tarts n demould it slow, n put rabdi in it n put fry fruits n done
My Tip: U can fresh fruits in tarts or as ur wish
