RABDI IN VERMICELLI BASKET

Ingredients to make RABDI IN VERMICELLI BASKET

  • FOR VERMICELLI:
  • 1 pack of thin vermicelli
  • 8 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoon ghee
  • water as required
  • FOR RABDI:
  • 1 litre milk
  • 4 saffron threads soaked in warm milk
  • 4/5 teaspoon of sugar
  • dry fruits

How to make RABDI IN VERMICELLI BASKET

  1. In thick bottom vessel keep milk to boil.
  2. Meanwhile in other pan put ghee and vermicelli. Roast it till it changes color.
  3. Add sugar, water and saute it till it leaves ghee and keep aside to cool.
  4. Keep stirring milk, scrap out the pan, when it reduces, add saffron milk, sugar and keep stirring.
  5. Meanwhile take tarts and set in vermicelli in it.
  6. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Rabdi is ready, keep it to cool.
  8. Bring out tarts and demold it slowly, put rabdi in it, put dry fruits and done.

My Tip:

You can add fresh fruits in tarts as per your wish.
