Ingredients to make Khatti Bhindi

  • Lady finger (1/2 kg)
  • Cooking oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt (1 tbsp)
  • red chilli (1/2 tbsp)
  • turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp)
  • Dry mango (1 tbsp)
  • Garam masala (1/2 tbsp)

How to make Khatti Bhindi

  1. Wash ladyfingers and remove only the top of it and let it get dry.
  2. Take the cooking oil and put the lady finger in it.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and dry mango (aamchur).
  4. Turn the stove on low flame and cook it for 20 minutes more. Your chatpati bhindi is ready.
