Ingredients to make Bread Gulab Jamuns Stuffed with Dry Fruits

  • White Bread - 12 pieces
  • sugar - 1.5 cups (300) gms
  • water 1 cup
  • milk 1 cup
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • almonds 7-8 finely chopped
  • cashew nuts 7-8 finely chopped
  • Green cardamom 1 tspn
  • Oil / ghee for frying

How to make Bread Gulab Jamuns Stuffed with Dry Fruits

  1. Prepare chashni of one string.
  2. Cut edges of the bread and grind into fine bread crumbs.
  3. Shift bread crumbs in a big bowl, add ghee, milk, green cardamom powder and make a soft dough.
  4. Make lemon size balls and stuff them with finely chopped nuts and make crackless balls.
  5. Shift them in moderate hot oil till golden brown. Take them out on an absorbent paper.
  6. Immediately transfer them in hot sugar syrup and keep them for half an hour.
  7. Your delicious stuffed bread gulab jamuns are ready.
