Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 2 bhavnagri chili
  4. Carom seeds 1/8 teaspoon
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Add adequate water,salt, gram flour and carom seeds in a bowl. Mix well to form smooth thick batter
  2. Cut chili in round slices
  3. Dip each slice of chili in batter and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown
  4. Serve hot with tea/coffee
