Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cup semolina
  2. 4 Cup water
  3. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  4. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  5. some chopped coriander leaves
  6. half tsp red chilli powder
  7. multiple test
  8. Pinch of asafoetida
  9. Pinch of turmeric powder
  10. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Heat a Pan and add 4 cups of water and two cups of semolina.
  2. add all chopped vaggies
  3. then add all dry spices
  4. and cook till thicken.
  5. now switch off the flame and let it cool completely
  6. now knead a dough of the mixture.
  7. divide into two parts and roll with roller.
  8. cut with the cutter of any shape of your choice.
  9. heat oil in the pan and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
  10. serve hot.
