Friends try these yummy crispi jalebis with very few ingredients and oats rabdi ,jalebi batter has to be made previous day and to be fermented for 24hours ,here all the ingredients are easily available at home ,and if we want to make for our guest the preparation is already done previous day ,rabdi and jalebis are the good combination ,rabdi also you can prepare previous day and keep in fridge so you can serve chilled rabdi with hot jalebis

  1. Ingredients for jalebi
  2. 4tbsp all purpose flour
  3. 1tbsp curd
  4. 1tsp gram flour
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1cup water
  8. Cardmom powder
  9. Pinch of saffron
  10. Ghee for frying jalebis
  11. Ingredients for oats rabdi
  12. 1litre milk
  13. 100 gms of sugar
  14. 100 gms of oats
  15. Almond and pistachio flakes
  16. Cardmom powder1/2tsp
  17. Some rose petals

Instructions

  1. ADD 4 TBSP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR TO BOWL
  2. ADD 1 TBSP OF CURD TO FLOUR
  3. ADD 1 TSP OF GRAM FLOUR TO ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  4. ADD 1 TSP OF OIL
  5. WHISK THE FLOUR AND ADD LUKEWARM WATER TO FLOUR
  6. ADD MORE WATER AND WHISK
  7. BATTER SHOULD BE LUMP FREE AND LIKE DOSA BATTER POURING CONSISTENCY
  8. COVER AND KEEP IT FOR 24 HOURS IN WARM PLACE
  9. NEXT DAY WE WILL MAKE OATS RABDI POUR 1LITRE OF FULL FAT MILK IN DEEP PAN
  10. KEEP ON STIRRING AT INTERVALS
  11. SIDE THE MALAI WHICH FORMS ABOVE THE MILK
  12. ADD 100 GMS OF SUGAR
  13. ADD ALMOND AND PISTSCHOI FLAKES AND 1/2 TSP OF CARDMOM POWDER
  14. ADD 100 GMS OF OATS TO MIXER GRINDER JAR AND POWDER IT
  15. ADD GRINDED OATS TO REDUCED MILK
  16. STIR IT AND COOK FOR FIVE MINUTES MORE AND SWITCH OFF FLAME RABDI IS READY
  17. ADD 1BOWL OF EACH SUGAR AND WATER TO PAN AND BOIL IT
  18. AS IT BOILS ADD 1/2 TSP OF CARDMOM POWDER AND PINCH OF SAFFRON TO SYRUP AND AS SUGAR DISSOLVES SWITCH OFF FLAME
  19. NOW REMOVE THE COVER AND STIR THE BATTER
  20. CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE POURING
  21. ADD THIS BATTER TO EMPTY TOMATO KETCHUP SQUEEZY BOTTLE
  22. COVER WITH LID
  23. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SAUCE SQUEEZE BOTTLE YOU CAN USE PIPING BAG ALSO
  24. ADD ENOUGH GHEE TO A FLAT PAN FOR FRYING
  25. SQEEZE THE BOTTLE AND REMOVE THE JALEBIS IN HOT GHEE
  26. FRY JALEBIS TILL GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  27. REMOVE IN SEPARATE PLATE
  28. DEEP JALEBIS IN SUGAR SYRUP
  29. REMOVE JALEBIS ON WIRE RACK SO THAT EXTRA SYRUP COME DOWN
  30. ADD RABDI TO ONE BOWL
  31. SERVE WITH JALEBIS
  32. GARNISH WITH PISTACHO , ALMOND FLAKES AND ROSE PETALS
