About Chicken Sausage with Toast Recipe

A filling chicken breakfast.

Chicken Sausage with Toast

Ingredients to make Chicken Sausage with Toast

  • chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • 2 finely chopped medium sized onion
  • ginger - one inch, 5 garlic, green chillies 4
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Handful coriander diced
  • 2 slices of bread
  • oil - as needed
  • butter - as needed

How to make Chicken Sausage with Toast

  1. Toast or grill 2 slices of bread and put butter on them.
  2. Mix all the mince with the onion, chillies and garlic-ginger paste.
  3. Add the coriander.
  4. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
  5. Make flattened balls.
  6. And shallow fry on both sides till a lovely golden brown colour is attained on both sides.
  7. Plate it and serve with the toast.
  8. Garnish with coriander.

My Tip:

Cut the crust of the breads off. Also you could add a dash of lemon juice to the mix or after they are cooked.
