Mango Cheese Lava Cake

Ingredients to make Mango Cheese Lava Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • mango pulp 4 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • 50 gms all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 25 gms cream cheese
  • 25 gms butter
  • 25 gms sugar
  • mango pieces for garnish

How to make Mango Cheese Lava Cake

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff peaks. heat mango pulp with 1/2 cup of sugar till thick. Add this gradually to the whites. In another container take APF, add to it baking powder and soda and 2 tbsp sugar. Now add the egg yolks to this dry mix.
  2. Mix well and fold this into the egg whites and mango mixture. Pre heat oven at 180. grease and prepare cup cake tin.
  3. in a separate bowl whisk butter and cream cheese till light and fluffy, add sugar and beat.
  4. In the cup cake tin put a layer of mango cake mix. Cover it in the centre put a dollop of cream cheese mixture and then over and around it again mango cake mix. bake at 180 degrees for 20 min. garnish with mango slices.
