Ingredients to make Carrot Phirni

  • carrots- 3
  • Milk-3 cups
  • sugar-1/2 cup
  • Dry milk-2 tbsp
  • almonds-6-7

How to make Carrot Phirni

  1. Wash carrots properly and pressure cooker for 2 whistle.
  2. Cut the carrots and grind them in a food processor into smooth paste.
  3. Boil milk in a pan, add sugar and dry milk. Stir for 2-3 minutes
  4. Now add carrot paste, stirring constantly, let boil until it becomes a thick paste.
  5. Garnish with almonds and serve.
